We don't know who came up with this particular fireworks name, but it certainly is an odd one. However, Pete the firework is certainly not an odd display; in fact, it's really quite spectacular and produces combinations of effects only normally found in much larger fireworks.

Pete is a 46-shot aerial barrage that fires effects both vertically and in a fan shape across the sky culminating in a sky full of crackling stars.

The total duration of Pete is just under a minute, so it would even make an excellent finale for a smaller public display.
