Great fireworks but delivery very difficult

Jordans is a family business and for that reason, and the fact that I was talking to the human in charge of it, I tried to be patient. But delivery was five days of waiting and nothing turning up. Finally it arrived. We look forward to the fun - and really appreciated your help getting them to us, but Fed Ex are useless.
