Important: Some Postcodes Have a £34.95 Surcharge

• PH

• FK

• KW

• IV

Please note: We do not offer delivery to PA28 or PA29.

When Will My Fireworks Be Delivered?

Firework deliveries usually take around one week from the date of ordering.

Once you have placed your order:

1. Our office team will contact you.

2. We will agree a suitable delivery date with you.

3. Your order will be delivered on the agreed day.

Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday.

We can confirm the day of delivery, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

For deliveries to Scotland, deliveries will take place between 7:00am and 6:00pm.

Someone Must Be Available to Receive Your Delivery

Because fireworks are subject to specific safety and transport requirements, they cannot be left unattended.

We cannot leave fireworks:

• On your doorstep

• In a porch

• Outside your property

• In another unsecured location

Please make sure that someone is available to accept the delivery on the agreed day.

If you are unlikely to be at home during the day, you can provide an alternative delivery address when placing your order, such as a suitable work address.

If nobody is available to accept the delivery, your order may be returned to us and a redelivery charge may apply.

How Do We Deliver Fireworks?

Depending on your location, your order will be delivered either by:

• One of our own delivery vehicles, or

• A specialist fireworks courier.

We will confirm your delivery date with you and can check the progress of your delivery during the day.

Deliveries to Scotland

There are additional legal restrictions on the quantity of fireworks that can be supplied to the general public in Scotland.

Under The Fireworks (Scotland) Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 2021, the maximum quantity that can be supplied to the general public is 5kg NEQ (Net Explosive Quantity). This is approximately £500 worth of fireworks at typical retail prices.

This restriction does not apply to community-organised events.

If you place an order for delivery to Scotland, our team will contact you to discuss your order and delivery arrangements before the order is dispatched.

Non-Firework Items

For delivery of non-firework items such as Chinese lanterns, glow sticks, hearing protection and other accessories, please contact us for a delivery price.

Why Does Firework Delivery Cost More?

Fireworks are subject to specific transport, safety and insurance requirements, which means they cost more to deliver than ordinary goods.

We may need to use specialist vehicles, additional insurance and specialist fireworks couriers, particularly for longer-distance deliveries.

Fireworks cannot be sent through standard postal services.

Our delivery charges reflect the additional requirements involved in transporting fireworks safely and legally.

The larger your order, the more economical delivery becomes, which is why eligible orders of £249 or more qualify for free delivery.

Quick Delivery Guide

*Free delivery is subject to postcode restrictions. A £34.95 surcharge applies to the postcode areas listed above.
