Portfires - firework lighters Portfires or Firework Lighters/bengal flares are ideal for lighting fireworks quickly and safely, they burn with a small flame and will light a firework fuse without fuss whatever the weather. They do not blow out in the wind and are unaffected by rain. David & Sally's opinion - at just £5.25p for a pack of 4 firework lighters lasting 16 minutes plus for the pack they are well worth buying. Each pack contains 4 portfires & each portfire will burn for about 4+ minutes. Gloves to be worn when using portfires. Our larger complete display packs come with portfires but other firework packs do not. Please ensure you order sufficient portfires unless you are using some other method to light your fireworks.
