Just how FREE is FREE DELIVERY?

We all know there is no such thing as FREE DELIVERY, so how do suppliers' actually charge you for it.

Delivering fireworks is not like delivering many products. Fireworks are classed as explosives and hence have to be delivered in special authorised cartons by a courier who complies with the transport of fireworks regulations. As you can imagine, none of this is particularly cheap. An average delivery to a customer actually costs about £40.

Some suppliers will build part of the delivery charge into the price of each carton. As an example, we sell our Single Ignition Hercules II for £59.99. Most suppliers who advertise free delivery sell it for £89.99, so as you can see their free delivery offer is not as good as it may first appear.

Some suppliers will charge you extra for delivering to your home; we don't.

Some suppliers will charge extra for delivering to Wales, Cornwall & Devon; we don't.

Some suppliers will charge extra for re-delivering if they attempt to deliver when you are not in; we don't.

To help you to know when your delivery will arrive we can supply you with the telephone number of the delivering depot.

Our delivery charge is only £14.95 (except Scottish Highlands & Express Service).

Our fireworks are some of the most competitively priced on the internet; we know because we check our competitors. Many of our large fireworks are around £30 less each than most firework suppliers.

We can only deliver our firework packs to mainland UK addresses.

Your delivery address needs to be manned as deliveries have to be signed for, please check that items are not damaged or missing before signing for them.

The minimum order quantity we can deliver is £75.00 excluding the delivery charge.

Our delivery charges are as follows (this charge is per delivery not per carton):-
England & Wales & Scotland (not Highlands) £14.95
Scottish Highlands - £30.00 (Scottish Highlands are those designated with the following postcodes - AB41-56, PA20-78, PH15-44 & IV3-56).

Deliveries usually take about one week from order to delivery.

Special overnight delivery is available to most parts of mainland Britain (not Scottish Highlands) at a cost of £30.00 per order, however there are restrictions on this overnight service during October and early November.

Fireworks can be collected from our Leamington spa store Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30 pm, Saturdays 9.00am - 5.15pm and selected Sundays during the main season 10.00am - 4.00pm.
