2/  Upon receipt of an order, Jordans Fireworks' customers have seven working days in which to change their minds and cancel any order. If a Jordans Fireworks customer wishes to cancel an order and return the goods then they must be returned in good condition at the customer's expense.
3/  All orders will be completed within 30 days,  unless the order is for goods required more than 30 days from the date of order.  Unless specified otherwise by the customer,  goods for 5th November will be dispatched during October and goods for 31st December will be dispatched during December.
4/  If a customer has a complaint about the goods and or service they receive from Jordans Fireworks they should write to D Jordan at the company's address given on this web site.
5/  Sale of Goods:- If any of Jordans Fireworks' packs are faulty,  not of satisfactory quality (see note 1) or do not match how they were described (see note 2),  the customer is entitled to reject them and claim a refund. Please note only complete display packs can be returned by a courier and they must be packed in the authorised UN carton/s they were delivered in.  (Note 1) In the event of an individual firework proving to be either faulty or not of satisfactory quality please return the quality control leaflet included with all mail order firework packs and we shall arrange either a refund or credit note as preferred by the customer. (Note 2) Contents of Jordans Firework Display Packs may vary according to the availability of fireworks,  Jordans Fireworks reserve the right to substitute any item with another of equivalent or greater value.  If there is going to be a major change in specification of an item or a pack the customer will be advised of this before we confirm the order.
6/  Data Protection:-  Any information (e.g. personal,  credit card details) supplied to us by a customer will not be passed on to a third party.  We will from time to time forward details to persons who have enquired of or bought our products,  if you do not wish to receive this information please notify us by post.
7/ Disclaimer:- every effort is made to ensure that the information contained in this web site and our brochure is correct, however as the specification and performance of fireworks is constantly changing we cannot be held liable for any errors and/or omissions.
8/ Non-sale item payment terms:- for orders being collected from our Leamington Spa store, payment may be made on collection. For orders being delivered to your delivery address, payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
9/ Sale Items payment terms:- Payment must be made at the time of placing the order.
